Fine Art Cross is designed to be a community of inspiration, and it also is the way Lori Catlin Garcia’s art is made available for purchase. You are invited to participate in the community by sharing your stories, adding comments to stories, and participating in polls, surveys and other connections. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Not everything that is posted to the site will be made public. We don’t know how many stories will be submitted and hope to post them periodically, so occasionally we’ll delay a story’s posting or not post it at all. Similarly, as people share their hearts, we’re very unlikely to publicly post comments that might be hurtful. If you disagree with a person’s theology, we’ll listen, but we might not publish your post.

We respect copyrights and copyright holders. As an artist, Lori cares deeply that other artists and authors gain attribution for their work. We purchase rights to all of the art we use on our site, and won’t knowingly publish copyrighted stories without applicable permissions. So share your original work, or please secure (and provide us with evidence of) permission before you share someone else’s story.

We respect your rights as well. Material created by Fine Art Cross on our site is licensed under a Creative Commons License permitting non-commercial sharing with attribution. Lori’s designs are exclusively her copyright. When members of our community contribute to our site, you retain ownership of the copyright, and you also grant permission to us to display and distribute it. In addition, you are responsible for the content of that material. Fine Art Cross has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by readers. However, Fine Art Cross retains the right, which we may or may not exercise, in our sole discretion, to review, edit or delete from the service any third-party material which we deem to be illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
