Blessed Children

My husband and I were blessed to give birth to 3 beautiful children (Boys 5
& 4 and a girl 2y).  We decided after our 3rd we would enlarge our family
through foster care/adoption.  Our first placement was a girl of 10 who is
now our adopted daughter.  We currently also have a 17 year old foster
daughter.  Our youngest daughter was born with a condition called
craniosynostosis - she has had 6 brain surgeries since she was born.  I
thought we knew about trials until our Meagan moved in.  She is a sweet,
beautiful girl with a big heart, amazingly enough considering what she’s
been through.  She is saved, but is floundering in faith that God is in
control, He has a plan, and her tomorrows will be better.  I have wanted a
cross for her - but she is not a delicate jewelry person.  When I went from
Marybeth’s post to your site and saw the He Calms the Storm cross, I knew it
was for my Meagan - steadfast and strong like she tries to be, yet
beautiful, like that child still in her that just yearns for a hug and a
kitty cat to sleep with.

Bless you for your ministry and the chance to share
